ACS EDI Gateway, Inc. accepts electronic transactions for Georgia Medicaid and PeachCare for Kids. ACS EDI Gateway, Inc. supports the HIPAA-mandated electronic transaction and code sets and provides opportunities for providers to submit through an approved claims billing system or using the proprietary WINASAP application.

Please read this Important Information!

• WINASAP2003 is the HIPAA-compliant version of WINASAP.  WINASAP2003 is a Microsoft Windows-based application that was developed by ACS and remains a favorite application among providers in other states where ACS is the Medicaid fiscal agent for claims processing.  It allows a provider office to enter claims on a PC and transmit them by modem to ACS for claims adjudication and payment.  This enables providers without an electronic billing system or high-performance Internet connection to easily enter and submit batch claims to ACS.
   
• Need to Order a CD-ROM: New Users unable to download the application can contact the ACS EDI Support Unit, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST, at 800.987.6715 for assistance.

• WINASAP2003 Updates:  WINASAP2003 has periodic update releases to stay current to changes in regulations and to provide enhancements.  If you are a current user of WINASAP2003, then check weekly for possible new WINASAP2003 versions at the WINASAP2003 Home Page. Make sure you continue to check banner messages at http://www.ghp.georgia.gov/ or visit this ACS EDI Georgia Medicaid/PeachCare for Kids web site for further WINASAP2003 updates.  If you have questions, call the Customer Interaction Center at 404.298.1228 (metro Atlanta) or 800.766.4456 (toll free).
