ACS EDI Gateway, Inc. accepts electronic claims transactions for Hawaii Medicaid using WINASAP2003.

Hawaii Medicaid has approved the release of WINASAP2003 to Hawaii Medicaid Providers. The WINASAP2003 software is available for download on the home page of this site under the WINASAP2003 tab.

Please read this Important Information!

• ACS EDI Gateway supplies EDI services to Hawaii Medicaid providers who use the WINASAP2003 claim submission software.  Hawaii Medicaid providers will have access to a variety of EDI services delivering an array of tools that allow you to:
   
• Easily submit your claims
• Submit claims transactions twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week
• Receive confirmation of receipt of each file transferred
   
• All Hawaii Medicaid Electronic Submitters must complete new EDI Enrollment Forms along with an EDI Trading Partner Agreement before submitting X12N transactions.  To access these forms, please click "Enrollment."
