Attention Providers: DEC. 31st, 2003 will be the last day for Providers to submit Medicaid Claims via the ACE$
software. Starting Jan 1st, 2004 any providers using ACE$ must use the WINASAP2003 software to submit their Medicaid Claims.

Please note that the release date for ANSI X12N 837P, 837I, 837D, and 835 has been adjusted to October 1, 2003.
Recently ACS EDI Gateway, Inc. mailed an Introduction Letter & Survey to select Vendors, Billing Agents, Clearinghouses and providers for Montana Department of Public Health & Human Services (DPHHS).
However, the Survey contains an invalid fax number of 850.386.1705. ACS EDI Gateway would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Please complete the Survey as soon as possible and fax it to the
