1)  Question:  Who do I contact if I have a question regarding the EDI Information Sheet or need technical assistance concerning electronic claim submission?

Answer:  You may contact The ACS EDI Support Unit Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, at 1-866-407-2005.

2)  Question: Who do I contact if I have a question regarding the Data Service Center Agreement?

Answer: You may contact the ACS Enrollment Unit Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, at 1-866-407-2005.

3)  Question:  Who do I contact if I have questions regarding billing, codes, or to check the status of a claim that I have submitted?

Answer:  Please contact the Washington D.C. Provider Inquiry Unit at 1-866-202-906-8319 (Inside DC Metro) or 866-752-9233 (Outside DC Metro).

4)  Question:  Who do I contact to request a visit from an ACS Field Representative?

Answer:  Contact the Washington D.C. Provider Inquiry Unit Center at 1-202-906-8319 (Inside DC Metro) or 866-752-9233 (Outside DC Metro).

5)  Question:  If I am a vendor, clearinghouse, or billing agent, and have questions regarding specifications or testing, who do I contact?

Answer:  For answers to questions regarding specifications and testing, please contact our EDI Business Analysts at 866-407-2005.

6 ) Question: I am a provider submitting Pharmacy POS claims, who do I call to check on the status?  

Answer: You  need to call First Health at 800.884.2822 extension 7729.
