Submitter List -
This is a list of Clearinghouse's and Billing Agents who have passed HIPAA compliant testing and are ready for the production claim process. This list will be updated often, please check back frequently.

To receive a Trading Partner ID and logon information, please complete and return the ACS EDI Gateway Enrollment Packet for Washington State Medicaid. Clearinghouses, Billing Agents and Software Vendors will need to complete the Submitter Enrollment Packet. Providers that have software or will use WINASAP2003 or wish to use the WAMedWeb Site will need to complete the Provider Enrollment Packet. All Medicaid providers need a Trading Partner ID and Tax-id in order to use the WAMedWeb (web portal) to look up client eligibility, check claim status and provider warrant.

Important Enrollment Information (PLEASE READ):

  • A Submitter is a Trading Partner who executes transactions on behalf of a provider. Submitters should complete the EDI Submitter Enrollment Packet.
     
  • A Provider is a Trading Partner who will execute their own transactions. Providers who use a clearinghouse or billing agents to submit their Medicaid claims and want to use the WAMedWeb for Eligibility, Claims Status and Provider Warrant Summary inquiries, also should complete the EDI Provider Enrollment Packet.
