- Wyoming Medicaid would like to determine the HIPAA readiness of the Vendor, Billing Agent, Clearinghouse, and Provider communities. During April 2003 you received a copy of the Vendor Survey and Letter via mail. If you haven't had a chance, please take a moment to complete the survey and return it to our EDI office.
