The ACS EDI Gateway Support Unit offers assistance to providers who will retrieve electronic transactions for Pharmacy Benefits Management Commercial.  This assistance includes:

  • Enrolling providers in electronic transaction retrieval.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting technical problems.
     

An EDI Support Representative will gladly assist you in retrieving the remittance advise.  Our EDI Support Unit can provide you with detailed information that will make your transition to an electronic environment an easy one.
