The EDI Support Unit offers assistance to providers who submit Xanuts Healthplan of Tennessee claims electronically. This assistance includes:
- Determining the best method of submission
- Enrollment processing for electronic claims submission
- Providing technical assistance to Billing Agents, Clearinghouses, and Software Vendors
- Identifying and troubleshooting technical problems
- Verifying claim receipt
- Providing assistance with the installiation of the free ASAP-AP software
- Provider training and technical assistance when using the ASAP-AP software
