The purpose of the West Virginia Workers' Comp. EDI Support Unit is to service providers who submit claims electronically for
ACS's contracted payers. Support functions include:
- Determining the best method of submission
- Enrollment processing for electronic claims submission
- Installation and training of ASAP-AP software
- Assistance to Billing Agents, Clearinghouses, and Software Vendors
- Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues
- Verification of claim receipt
An EDI Technical Support Representative will assist you in evaluating your billing needs and determine the best method of submission. Each payer has different requirements for enrollment and
submission procedures. We will provide you with detailed information that will make the transition to an electronic environment easy. Our trained staff is currently available Monday through
